Qué Datos Recopilamos

Datos de tu Cuenta: Nombre de usuario e email para que podás entrar e identificar tu cuenta.
Al Crear tu Cuenta: Guardamos los datos de conexión desde los que te registraste, el país y la fecha, para prevenir fraudes y creación masiva de cuentas. Los datos de conexión se borran a los 12 meses; el país y la fecha quedan vinculados a tu cuenta mientras exista.
Al Iniciar Sesión: Si un ingreso falla, guardamos los datos de conexión del intento por seguridad (para frenar intentos de adivinar contraseñas) y se borran automáticamente a las 24 horas.
Actividad en el Juego: Contamos qué días te conectaste y tu progreso (nivel máximo alcanzado) para estadísticas del servidor. Esta información se guarda hasta el reinicio del servidor y como máximo alrededor de 13 meses.
Eventos de tu Uso del Sitio: Contamos páginas clave que visitás, para entender qué funciona. Se guardan durante 90 días. Sin cookies.
Descarga del Launcher: Para descargar el launcher hay que entrar con tu cuenta. Guardamos que tu cuenta lo descargó (la fecha de la primera y de la última descarga y cuántas veces) para entender cuánta gente llega a jugar. Queda asociado a tu cuenta mientras exista.
Cómo Llegaste al Sitio: Tu navegador guarda de dónde viniste, y eso se borra de tu navegador después de 90 días.
Email en Forma Cifrada: Usamos el email en una versión cifrada e irreversible solo para contar cuántas cuentas tiene una misma persona. No se puede recuperar el email desde ahí.

Para Qué Usamos Tus Datos

Usamos lo que recopilamos para que el servidor funcione, detectar fraudes y abusos, entender si los jugadores se divierten, y medir cuánta gente juega. Las visitas al sitio las mide un servicio externo sin cookies, en forma agregada.

Tus datos no se venden. Solo compartimos datos con proveedores que hacen funcionar el sitio (alojamiento y protección, verificación anti-bots, ubicación aproximada por país, estadísticas de visitas sin cookies).

Donaciones

Las donaciones las hacés directamente con el banco o servicio que elijas; el sitio no recibe ni guarda datos de tu medio de pago.

Tus Derechos

Tenés derecho a pedir que corrijamos información incorrecta o que borremos tu cuenta y sus datos. Podés hacerlo desde la sección Reclamos del menú del sitio o por los canales de soporte disponibles.

Seguridad

Implementamos medidas técnicas para proteger tu cuenta. Usar una contraseña fuerte es tu responsabilidad; nunca la compartas con nadie.

What Data We Collect

Your Account Data: Username and email so you can log in and identify your account.
When You Create Your Account: We store the connection data you registered from, the country and the date, to prevent fraud and mass account creation. Connection data is deleted after 12 months; country and date remain linked to your account while it exists.
When You Log In: If a login fails, we store the connection data from that attempt for security (to stop password-guessing attempts) and it automatically deletes after 24 hours.
Game Activity: We count which days you connected and your progress (maximum level reached) for server statistics. This information is kept until the server resets and at most around 13 months.
Your Site Usage Events: We count key pages you visit, to understand what works. Kept for 90 days. No cookies.
Launcher Download: Downloading the launcher requires logging in. We record that your account downloaded it (the date of the first and last download and how many times) to understand how many people end up playing. It stays linked to your account while it exists.
How You Found Us: Your browser stores where you came from, and this deletes from your browser after 90 days.
Email in Encrypted Form: We use your email in an encrypted, irreversible form only to count how many accounts one person has. The email cannot be recovered from it.

How We Use Your Data

We use what we collect so the server works, to detect fraud and abuse, to understand if players are having fun, and to measure how many people play. Site visits are measured by an external service without cookies, in aggregated form.

Your data is never sold. We only share data with providers that make the site work (hosting and protection, anti-bot verification, approximate location by country, visit statistics without cookies).

Donations

You make donations directly with the bank or service you choose; the site does not receive or keep data about your payment method.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us to correct wrong information or delete your account and its data. You can do this from the Support section of the site menu or through the available support channels.

Security

We implement technical measures to protect your account. Using a strong password is your responsibility; never share your password with anyone.
